I am a full time real estate agent with offices both in my home and in Ridgefield, Connecticut.  However, I work differently from a lot of other agents–Different in that I prospect for my clients each and every day from 10:00 am to 12 noon.  That means I am calling buyers for my sellers and sellers for my buyers!  Why do I do that?  Because finding the right home or selling your home isn’t just about the MLS!  It’s about connections.  Work with me and see how I work for you!

My belief and philosophy on real estate it that it is my job to connect two parties, that of buyer and seller, and help to smoothly complete the sale of property.  I do not believe in playing games, I do believe there is a win-win situation for everyone.  Buying and selling a home is an emotionally charged experience and it’s not in the best interest of either party to feel bullied or abused.  My goal is to provide you with all the information you need to make a great business decision and keep you moving forward toward your goal smoothly and steadily.


I am an advocate for my clients.  My job is to negotiate on your behalf and obtain the best price, terms and conditions for you, my client.  It is not up to me to worry about the other parties’ preferences or feelings.  I find that real estate transactions are much more satisfying to both parties when closing is a pleasant experience for all involved.
